Very fancy, nice upgraded room. Staff was friendly and Mike’s (cook) breakfast was amazing. Mike was super upbeat and very nice. We loved the morning staff that was very attentive and chatted with us at breakfast.

I loved the staff they were accommodating and attentive. the jetted tub was marvelous and the water was very hot and relaxing. It was closer to all of the main attractions. I would definitely give it a ten out of ten.

The staff was great! Chicora, David, and Cara were all a pleasure to work with. David saved the night with the a/c remedy! It finally started getting cold and I slept great!

Would like a USB port in room they're all in lobby. Never been to hotel that doesn't have one in room. Also I slept on pull out and gave my mom the bed. The pull out was uncomfortable and my mom said her bed was hard.

Extremely clean! Bright and airy. Kind and attentive staff and breakfast attendants. Good workout areas and lovely lobby with several conversation arrangements and light areas for computer work. Great built-in storage for luggage, clothes, fridge, microwave, linens and wardrobe!!!
